Some Samsung Galaxy S users complained of the weakness in the mobile phone. one of the shortcomings experienced by some users is that the auto-reset all of a sudden, that means the smart phone will be returned to the manufacturer setting the mobile phone.
Auto-reset occurs when a user connects the phone to the PC using Samsung's software.
This only happens if the device Galaxy S contains the file name extension for more than 16 characters. This issue will be resolved soon if the files are deleted.
